El Salvador Finca San Jerónimo
This coffee is built on a mix of milk chocolate and raw sugars, mild spice accents, and creamy nut tones. Aromatically speaking, this coffee has very light chocolate smells that add a bittersweetness to walnut and brown sugar, more roasted nut accents, and allusion to cinnamon. The smells are echoed in the brewed coffee too, chocolate-covered walnut, sweet peanut sauce, caramel almond - plenty of the sweet/nuttiness you might expect from El Salvador. Acidity is perhaps the biggest surprise here, with a tea-like bright aspect coming through.
